Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoReach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoReach is an AI-powered lead generation platform that provides autonomous workflow agents for searching businesses, qualifying leads with AI scoring, scanning websites, generating outreach content, and sending personalized outreach emails. The Service operates on a pay-per-use credit system with configurable credit budgets. Users may connect their own email accounts (SMTP) to send outreach directly through their workflows.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once used.
  • New accounts receive 5 complimentary credits.
  • Credit costs vary by action: business search (1), website scan (2), AI qualification (1), email draft (1), call script (1), email send (1), chat message (1).
  • In continuous agent mode, you may set a credit budget to limit spending per workflow.
  • Unused credits do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited spam or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit requirements, or security measures.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.

6. Email Connection and Sending

SMTP Connection

You may connect your own email account (Gmail app password, Outlook, or custom SMTP) to send outreach emails directly from workflows. AutoReach sends emails on behalf of your account using your SMTP credentials — emails are not sent from AutoReach's domain. Your SMTP credentials (host, port, username, password, and from name) are stored encrypted at rest.

Contact Stage

The workflow contact stage can automatically send personalized emails to leads using your connected SMTP. Each email sent consumes 1 credit.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all emails sent through the Service comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and all other applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or any content that violates applicable regulations.

Transactional Emails

AutoReach sends notification emails (e.g., workflow completed, workflow paused, errors) to the email address registered on your account. These are service-related communications and are not marketing emails.

7. Workflow Snapshots and Feedback

Workflow data — including leads, quality scores, AI-generated content, and agent decisions — is captured as snapshots for quality improvement and debugging purposes. You may provide thumbs up/down feedback on workflow results. This feedback and snapshot data may be used to improve the AI agent's performance across the Service.

7a. Agent Thinking and Reasoning Data

Before taking actions (scanning websites, qualifying leads, generating outreach, sending emails), the AI agent performs reasoning steps — formulating questions, receiving recommendations, and making decisions. These "agent thoughts" are stored for:

  • Transparency — you can see the agent's reasoning in the activity feed.
  • Quality improvement — the agent may skip low-value scans, regenerate poor-quality emails, or block risky email sends based on its reasoning.
  • Fine-tuning data — thought records (question, response, decision, reasoning) are included in workflow snapshots and may be used to improve AI model performance.

Agent thinking does not consume additional credits. It is an internal quality assurance process.

8. Review Tracking

When you approve or reject leads during the human-in-the-loop (HITL) review process, these decisions are tracked — including who reviewed, when, and any notes provided. This review data is used for quality improvement, audit purposes, and to refine the AI agent's lead scoring over time.

8a. AI Chat Assistant

The AI Chat Assistant allows you to ask natural-language questions about your leads, workflows, credits, and agent activity. Each chat message consumes 1 credit. The assistant retrieves real-time data from your account (including lead details, workflow status, and credit history) to generate responses.

  • Chat responses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical information against your dashboard data.
  • Chat conversations are not stored on our servers after the session ends. Message history is maintained only in your browser during the active session.
  • The assistant has access only to data within your account — it cannot access other users' data.
  • Chat message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing, subject to Section 3 (AI Processing) of our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content

AutoReach uses AI models to generate lead qualification scores, outreach emails, call scripts, and close value estimates. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use. The agent's quality scores and recommendations are advisory, not guarantees.

10. Data and Privacy

Business data gathered through the Service comes from publicly available sources. Your use of this data must comply with all applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

11. API and MCP Access

API keys are provided for programmatic access. You are responsible for securing your API keys. We may rate-limit or suspend API access if we detect abuse or excessive usage that impacts service quality.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoReach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from lead generation activities or inaccurate AI assessments.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account.
